We ask what the property is, how many windows or how much surface area, and how high it goes. For most homes we can price it over the phone. For commercial work we walk the site. Either way the number we give you is the number you pay.
Yes, and it is usually cheaper that way. Windows and gutters together, or siding and concrete together, saves a second mobilization and we price it accordingly.
Residential glass twice a year keeps up with pollen and winter grime. Commercial storefronts are usually monthly or quarterly. Gutters twice a year if you have trees, once if you do not.
